Flat Fee Listing Includes:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service for six months (free to extend)
• Photos submitted to the MLS - photos provided by seller (maximum photos vary by MLS)
• All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided  
• Realtor.com Listing with one photo
• Brokerage sign (free of charge).
• Reserve the right to sell "For Sale By Owner" and you NEVER are required to accept an offer
  from an agent or from a buyer not working with an agent.
• You offer a buyer's agent commission of your choice (we suggest 2.5-3%) and NEVER pay
  a listing office commission.  The flat listing fee is all you pay to list the property.

Affiliate North Carolina Broker.  The broker belongs to all MLS systems in North Carolina and your property will be listed
